Assist in the accurate collection, organization, and retrieval of academic and identity documents for student visa applications.
Ensure confidentiality of student records and agreements, maintaining strict compliance with data protection and institutional policies.
Maintain clear and organized filing systems (both digital and physical) to support efficient case processing.
Keep updated on basic visa requirements and documentation guidelines for countries such as the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Japan, and South Korea.
Support the senior documentation team in preparing and verifying visa files for submission.
Communicate clearly and professionally with students to guide them through document preparation steps.
Coordinate with internal teams (counseling, admissions, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow and timely submission of documents.
A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.
Basic understanding of document handling and confidentiality practices.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow processes, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools is an advantage.
