Responsibilities

Visa Expertise:
Maintain deep and up-to-date knowledge of student visa requirements, processes, and compliance guidelines for USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Japan, and South Korea.

Document Management:
Manage end-to-end visa documentation processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of all required paperwork for student visa applications.

Research & Policy Updates:
Continuously monitor and interpret changes in immigration policies, embassy guidelines, and educational institution requirements. Provide clear summaries and updates to internal teams and clients.

Client Support:
Guide students and families through the visa documentation process with professionalism and clarity. Address concerns, resolve document-related issues, and ensure a smooth experience.

Quality Control:
Review and verify all documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before submission. Implement internal checklists and processes to reduce errors and rejections.

Training & Mentorship:
Mentor junior officers on best practices and process improvements. Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team-wide consistency and knowledge sharing.

Collaboration:
Work closely with counseling, admissions, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across departments.

Reporting:
Maintain detailed records and generate reports on documentation statuses, visa outcomes, and compliance metrics.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in student visa documentation or international education services.
  • In-depth knowledge of visa procedures and documentation standards for the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Japan, and South Korea.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex requirements to students and parents clearly.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
  • Experience in using document management systems and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven history of high visa approval rates and successful handling of complex cases.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
